Loan modification licence in Nevada

As of July 1, 2009 Nevada is requiring a 25 page application for those people and companies that want to participate in the shrooming business of loan modification and foreclosure consulting.

This is really good news since it will weed out those predatory people who are operating especially via the internet and by giant phone banks to prey on those individuals that really are not skilled enough to check out the creditials of the company or person that they are giving their entire financial history to including their full social security numbers.
